I've been trying to get a decent self portriat all week for challenge at 2Peas. I finally set the shot up and had Ella push the button for me. I just couldn't get anything in focus. I also had a problem with window glare on my glasses. This one has a little but it's the best shot.

These were taken for the Week Two: ISO & Shutter Speed lesson at 2Peas. The lesson was to show you how to freeze something that is moving. I had to use my flash since there's really not much light in the kitchen or the bathrooms. Because I used the flash I couldn't get my shutter speed any faster than 200. It would have worked better with SS 1000. I will try this lesson again when it's warm enough to go outside.

My friend sent Ella's bday and xmas presents home with me last night. Ella opened them this morning before she got dressed. Don't you just love her bed head!

It was so warm here today. We went outside for awhile and enjoyed ourselves. Ella rode her bike and I took pictures. We were both happy. I still have so much to learn to get a great picture but what I did get wasn't too bad.
